Shahjapur (Madhya Pradesh):A woman in Madhya Pradesh's Shajapur was injected with two different doses of the Covid-19 vaccine - the first was Covishield and the second was Covaxin, reports said.
The health officials are however tight-lipped over the incident when an ETV Bharat reporter tried to reach out.

Jadme then reached the Covid vaccination centre on Saturday 3rd July at 4 pm to get the second dose done with essential documents. After she was given the vaccine, health workers opened the portal after registration where they got to know that Jadme was given Covishield earlier. The woman was then immediately sent home, reports said.
When the woman's health deteriorated after returning home, she informed her family members. When the family contacted the Chief Medical officer, he refused to say anything, according to reports.
