BJP MP Pragya Singh Thakur gets jab at home, sparks row

Bharatiya Janata Party MP Pragya Singh Thakur has again hit headlines after she was allegedly administered Covid-19 vaccine at her residence. Congress spokesperson said all BJP leaders including Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan got inoculated at hospital and asked why there was an exemption for Thakur.

Bhopal: Triggering a controversy, Bharatiya Janata Party MP Pragya Singh Thakur was allegedly administered Covid vaccine at her residence. Congress party critiqued the act asking why there is an exemption for Thakur. Congress spokesperson said all BJP leaders including Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan got inoculated at hospital. The video of Thakur getting vaccinated at home did rounds on social media.

Congress spokesperson Narendra Saluja took to Twitter and said Thakur who was seen playing basketball and dancing to drum beats, has called health officials home and got vaccinated. From PM Modi to CM Chouhan as well as all BJP leaders visited hospital to get vaccinated, but why and on what basis is there an exemption for our MP, he asked. Saluja also demanded an inquiry on Thakur's health.

Pragya Singh Thakur is an accused in Malegaon blast case wherein a motorcycle exploded near a mosque in Malegaon. Thakur was in jail for nine years and is now out on bail.
