MP police files case against a six-year-old

A case was filed against a six-year-old child in Madhya Pradesh on Friday. It was alleged that the child was involved in a fight with another child.

Rajgarh: A case of negligence came into light when Madhya Pradesh police registered a case against a 6-year-old for allegedly beating and abusing a child on Friday.

The 'accused' child was trying to pluck a date from a tree with a stone, which hit another child. After it, the relatives of the other child took the injured child to the police station and got him examined before filing the case.

This incident is ironic as there have been many cases of delay in FIR filing of rape victims but in this case, police hurriedly filed the case without verifying facts.
