Rajgarh (Madhya Pradesh): A minor girl was allegedly raped inside a bus at the Biaora bus stand in Madhya Pradesh's Rajgarh district, police said on Thursday.
The two men have been arrested "A man had filed a complaint that his minor girl went missing. She was going to Indore to meet her brother. A case was registered and an investigation was initiated," NK Nahar, Sub Divisional Officer of Police informed.
He added that the girl was later spotted at the Biaora bus stand with two men. She then alleged that one of the men raped her.
Meanwhile, both the men have been arrested and the police has registered a case against them under relevant sections of the IPC.
Earlier this month, a 16-year old rape victim had allegedly committed suicide in Madhya Pradesh's Khargone district after police allegedly refused to register her complaint. A day after the girl's death, the police arrested the accused, Bachchu Sukhram Bundela (28).
The girl was allegedly raped by the accused on December 16 after he took her to an isolated place while she was returning to her village from Maheshwar, located about 55km from the district headquarters, the police had said.
