Bhopal:Madhya Pradesh Human Rights Commission has taken suo moto cognizance of the case where a dead body lying unattended was found in a decomposed state at the Maharaja Yeshwantrao Hospital (MYH) and served notices to Collector, Superintendent of Police, and MY Hospital Superintendent.
The Commission has given four weeks' time to reply.
After the decomposed body was found on Tuesday morning, political parties started the blame game with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) claiming that they have initiated a strict inquiry and Congress blaming the government for negligence.

Besides, HRC, the state government has also ordered a probe and asked the panel to submit the report in two days along with fixing the responsibility.
