Comparing the former chief minister to Jinnah, he said that Digi wants to divide the county into two parts and advised him to chant 'Jai Shree Ram'.

The controversial statement was given by the Hindu leader during a welcome ceremony at Bhopal's Gandhinagar on Sunday.

"Madhya Pradesh government is giving a befitting reply to those who are attacking Ram bhakts collecting funds for the construction of Ram temple. These attacks are an attempt by the Left to disturb communal peace. A law should be made to punish such people," said Sharma.
