Three of family killed in explosion in Madhya Pradesh

A couple and their three-year-old child were killed in a massive blast that rocked their house in Madhya Pradesh's Jigani village on Wednesday. The cause of the blast is yet to be ascertained.

Morena (Madhya Pradesh): A couple and their three-year-old child were killed in a massive blast that rocked their house in Madhya Pradesh's Jigani village on Wednesday morning. While their two other children Hussain and Ali are said to be in a critical condition.

The injured have been admitted to hospital.

The cause of the blast is yet to be ascertained.

According to local people, the deceased Bunty Khan used to trade firecrackers illegally and a firecracker explosion could be the reason behind the blast. While some others say it could be a cylinder blast.

The police are determining the nature of the explosion.
