Udaipur (Rajasthan):Three minor students died in Khairwada village in Udaipur district after the wall of a government-run school collapsed following heavy rains on Saturday, confirmed police officials.
According to Lal Singh, assistant sub-inspector (ASI), Police Control Room, Udaipur, "The deceased include two boys and a girl. The boys were aged 8 and 5 years, while the girl was 14-year-old."
Singh told the media that the kids were yet to reach the school and were on the road when the dilapidated boundary wall of the school collapsed burying them under.
A huge crowd of villagers gathered at the spot and informed the police and the district administration.
