Vigilance registers case against Kerala MLA

Vigilance raid is ongoing in MLA KM Shaji's houses in Kozhikode and Kannur.

Kozhikode:The vigilance registered a case against MLA KM Shaji for amassing assets disproportionate to his known sources of income.

A special unit of the vigilance team is conducting a raid at his houses in Kozhikode and Kannur.

The raid started Monday early morning.

A preliminary investigation started against Shaji in November.

The Enforcement Directorate had also conducted a probe to find the source of his income.
