This Kerala girl finds light and brings tears through music

Ananya, who now has an offer from a leading music director to sing in his new project, is currently a fourth standard student at Kannur model school for the blind. She has become an internet sensation following her soulful rendition of a malayalam song.

Kannur (Kerala):Ananya, a visually-challenged girl from Kannur district in Kerala has become an overnight internet sensation owing to her melodious voice and adorable singing.

According to reports, the eight-year-old's singing video first surfaced on the internet a few days ago and since then it has caught on with the Kerala netizens.

Ananya is reportedly seen singing 'Nee Mukilo' song from the Parvathy-starrer Uyare, a Malayalam movie based on the life of an acid attack survivor.

Ananya , who is the youngest in her family, has been visually-challenged since birth.

Besides, her father Pushpan enrolled her in a music class as they identified her flair for music , when she was just three years old.

Pushpan said that Ananya used to hum tunes after listening to songs in radio and television sets.
