Solar scam accused Saritha S Nair has been arrested for violating court warrant. She was arrested for failing to appear in court despite being issued a warrant in the case.

Kozhikode (Kerala): Saritha S Nair, an accused in the Solar scam has been arrested after she violated a court warrant. She was arrested for failing to appear in court despite being issued a warrant in the case. She was arrested by Kozhikode Kasaba police.

The arrest was made in accordance with the orders of the Kozhikode Chief Judicial Magistrate Court III. The court issued the warrant on the complaint of Kozhikode native Abdul Majeed.

Nair is accused of stealing 42.7 lakh rupees from Majeed. The case was scheduled to be heard on March 23.

This is in a case of embezzling Rs 42.7 lakh from Kozhikode native Abdul Majeed by the solar company. Abdul Majeed was allegedly cheated of money on the claims that the company could install a solar panel in his house and office.
