Sabarimala devotees' vehicle collide with KSRTC bus in Kerala, 16 injured

A vehicle carrying devotees to Sabarimala Ayyappa Temple met with an accident in Kerala's Ettumanoor district on Friday, injuring 16 persons. All the injured were taken to the Kottayam Medical College hospital.

Ettumanoor (Kerala): A vehicle carrying devotees to Sabarimala Ayyappa Temple met with an accident here on Friday afternoon.

The van in which devotees were travelling collided with a KSRTC bus near Vimala hospital here, injuring 16 persons.

Fourteen of Ayyappa devotees, the KSRTC bus driver and a bus passenger were injured.

Most of the injured have to be rescued from the mangled van.

All the injured were taken to the Kottayam Medical College hospital.
