Madrasa teacher arrested for sexually abusing minors in Kerala

A madrasa teacher was arrested in Kerala after a gap of two years, for sexually abusing minors. With the aid of the Kerala Cyber cell, the accused was tactfully arrested at Kadakkal, after he went into hiding.

Thiruvananthapuram:A 38-year-old madrasa teacher was arrested by the Nedumangad police for allegedly abusing minor boys sexually on October 3 in Kadakkal, Kerala.

The incident took place two years ago and he went into hiding after he was accused of the crime.

Thajudeen, a native of Thiruvananthapuram's Pangode village, changed his contact number frequently which made it difficult to track him.

With the aid of the Kerala Cyber cell, the accused was tactfully arrested at Kadakkal.

The accused has been sent to judicial custody, while the matter is still under investigation.
