Thiruvananthapuram: Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan was discharged from the hospital after testing negative for COVID-19 on Wednesday.
Meanwhile, his predecessor Oommen Chandy continues to be positive, while Speaker P. Sreeramakrishnan was moved out from the ICU after his condition improved.
Both Vijayan and Chandy had tested positive on April 8 and while the former was admitted to the Kozhikode Medical College hospital, the latter is convalescing at a private hospital in the state capital. Chandy had a gall bladder ailment and is being closely monitored at the hospital.
Speaker Sreeramakrishnan is admitted to the Medical College hospital in Thiruvananthapuram.
