Kerala:Strict action has been taken against a driver for reckless driving in the Wayanad district here.
The Motor Vehicles Department has taken action against M Shaji, a native of Kalpetta, based on a video posted on social media.
The video shows some girls sitting behind the driver changing gears. MVD's action is based on the finding that he was inadvertently driving the vehicle that could endanger human life.
A show-cause notice has been sent to Shaji regarding the matter while his license has also been suspended for six months.
