Engineering student found dead in Kerala

Anjana (21), hailing from Adoor was found dead in her hostel room in Marian Engineering College, Kazhakoottam. Police found a suicide note in her room.

Thiruvananthapuram: A third-year student of Marian Engineering College in Kazhakoottam was found dead in her hostel room. She has been identified as Anjana (21) from Adoor. It is suspected that she had committed suicide.

She was found dead in her bed when her friend went to call her for breakfast. Police suspect that overdose of pills might have caused her death. They also found a suicide note close to her mortal remains.

The mortal remains are now kept at Thiruvananthapuram medical college. Kazhakoottam police registered a case in this incident. Relatives said they are not aware if Anjana had any personal problems.
