This beautiful house stands on the premises of Puttur Vivekananda College.

The house is made of factory made concrete walls.

It is built using a technology used for building railway coaches.

The most attractive feature of this house is portability.

Apart from this, a well, dog's kennel and other amenities are also built within the house premises.

Reportedly, this house is cheap as compared to cost need for contruction of normal houses.
