Mangaluru Coast Guard Police have issued lookout notice for a suspected terrorist who could be hiding in Malpe area of Udupi district in Karnataka. The terrorist is said to have escaped from Tamil Nadu.

Udupi (Karnataka): Mangaluru Coast Guard Police have issued lookout notice for a suspected terrorist believed to be in Malpe area of Udupi district in Karnataka.

According to the sources, a 'Pakistani' terrorist has escaped from Tamil Nadu and is suspected to be hiding in the coastal area. The suspected terrorist believed to be in Malpe, a port about six kilometres to the west of Udupi.

As the coastal belt is always under threat and the coast is the easiest way for the terrorists to enter the country, police have asked the public to be alert and inform the department if any suspicious activity is observed.
