Three siblings worship late father's bust in remembrance of his sacrifices

Vishnappa raised his three children to this level despite poverty. He passed away a few years ago. So in memory of their father, the three children have built a memorial in their own garden in the outskirts of the village. The statue of their father has been prepared and installed at a cost of Rs. 40,000.

Haveri (Karnataka): Three siblings belonging to Karnataka's Tilavalli village in the Hanagal taluk have set up a memorial for their father and are worshipping his bust.

Tilavalli Vishnappa Raykara of Hanagal taluk in the district has three children. Vishnappa had a hard life, working in a gold shop. All three children were educated in poverty. The eldest son Sanjiva holds an MBA and works in a private company in Bangalore. The second son, Rajeev, is doing business with a gold shop and the third son, Raghavendra is a doctor.

Vishnappa raised his three children to this level despite poverty. He passed away a few years ago. Vishnappa's bust was installed at a cost of Rs. 40,000.

The memorial was built just months after he passed away. All members of the family worship the Vishnappa's statue on special days.

Father and mother play an important role in the future of children but there are some who consider them a burden after they get old. But the Raykara brothers' love and respect for their father has become an inspiration to society.
