Two children succumbed to suffocation after allegedly tieing themselves to saree on house roof while playing in Unjiganahalli. In another incident, Bharat, a 10-year-old boy, died while playing a swing in Chembu village.

Madikeri:Two children succumbed to suffocation after allegedly tieing themselves to saree on house roof while playing. The incident took place on Monday at Unjiganahalli in Ganaguru Taluk.

Pratiksha (14) and Poornesh (12), children of Rajiv and Jayanthi have died reportedly. Police have inspected the place. Sources said that there was no one else in the house when the incident happened.

Boy dies in Sullia

Bharat, 10-year-old boy, died while playing a swing in Chembu village, Sullia taluk of Dakshina Kannada district on Wednesday. Bharat is Tarakumar's son. Sources said the body was sent for post-mortem.
