Belagavi: A man was arrested from Gujarat for allegedly cheating and blackmailing a woman from Belagavi after the two met on PUBG, an online gaming platform.
Satish Kansara and Swati (name changed) met each other while playing PUBG online. They exchanged numbers and made a plan to meet.
They spent a few days together in Mumbai. Satish had taken some private photos and videos of Swati during that time and later threatened to leak them in exchange for money.
Swati reported the case of blackmailing at Belagavi police station and the police arrested Satish from Gujarat.
