Now, farmers can use drone to spray pesticides

A special drone has been invented by Raichuru Agricultural University to spray pesticides on crops. The drone works with the battery and it also has a GPS connection.

Vijayapura (Karnataka):Raichuru Agricultural University has invented a drone to spray pesticides on crops which was shown in the ongoing agricultural fair in Vijayapura.

The agriculture university staff has shown the trial using a drone and its working condition. This drone can carry 20ltrs of pesticides to sky level and it can spray pesticides from the top on to the crops.

This drone works with a battery and it also has a GPS connection. With the help of the Laptop, farmers can easily use this and it will save their time.

The estimated cost of the drone is 15 to 18 lakhs.

Farmers have also insisted govt to provide 75% of subsidy for this drone machine.
