Non-Covid patient dies in Mysuru without treatment

A heartbreaking incident took place in the city in which a non-Covid patient has died without getting a hospital bed. The deceased has been identified as Srikanth (34), a resident of Mirle Village of KR Nagar Taluk.

The deceased has been identified as Srikanth (34), a resident of Mirle Village of KR Nagar Taluk. Srikanth, who was working at home, was injured after he fell from a ladder while painting in a house.

He sustained injuries on his hand and other parts of the body. He was rushed from hospital to hospital but died in an auto without receiving treatment at any hospital.

Meanwhile, in another case, a corona patient has died without a ventilator at the Shivamogga McGannHospital. The deceased is Anand (45) of Shikaripur. Family members have alleged that after the confirmation of Covid, he was hospitalised on Saturday evening at McGann Hospital. However, he didn't get a ventilator bed for hours and later died without getting ventilator support.
