K'tka: Three teenagers drown in a lake during 'Shastra Puja' preparations

Three boys drown after they go to a lakeside with their bicycles to prepare for 'Shastra Puja'.

Chikmagalur:Three children drowned in a lake in Anchinakatee village of Chikmagalur district, Karnataka on Monday after they went to a nearby lake with their bicycles preparing for 'Shastra Puja'.

While the police have been able to recover the bodies of Murali (15) and Jivit (14), search operations are on to locate Chirag (15).

A case has been registered under the Chikmagalur rural police station.
