KN couple gets their wedding card printed in form of exam-hall ticket

A couple in Belagavi got their wedding invitation cards printed in the format of examination hall ticket. The attempt was made to spread awareness among children whose exams are arriving nearer and, helping them get rid of its fear.

Belagavi (Karnataka):It is every individual's dream to have a perfect yet unique wedding. In an attempt to make it special, a couple in Belagavi here printed their wedding card in the format of an examination hall ticket.

Both the groom Basavaraja Biradara, a resident of Siraguppi village and bride Parvathi, a resident of Halahalli village, decided upon the same to spread awareness about exams and try to help students overcome its fear.

This wedding card has become the talk of the town for everyone in the region, especially for students.

But, just like everything else, Basavaraja and Parvathi faced criticism for this attempt. However, it did not bother them.

"Some people criticised our idea and the printing format of the wedding card, but we did not care," Basavaraja said.

He further added: "Our intention was to create awareness about exams, so we took a step ahead for the same."

People like Basavaraja and Parvathi who aim to work for the society, eventually stand out with their efforts.

Their attempt at emanating a message to students, that too in the form of their wedding card, is commendable and deserves not just amusement but also applause.
