Haveri (Karnataka) : Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai symbolically submitted his first nomination for the Shiggaon constituency on April 15 as it was an auspicious day. Today, Bommai will file a second nomination by taking out a grand road show. BJP national president JP Nadda, BJP state president Nalin Kumar Kateel, MP Prahlad Joshi, and minister BC Patil will take part. A special attraction in this road show will be actor Kichcha Sudeep, who has already announced to campaign for the Chief Minister.
The roadshow has been planned as a show of strength and it will start from Kittoor Rani Chennamma Circle in Shiggaon to cover about 2 km through the main streets of the city via Old Bus Stand. Later, CM Bommai will file nomination papers. After the submission of nomination papers by the CM, the roadshow will be concluded at the Taluka Stadium and a convention will be held at the grounds. Various leaders including Nadda, Kateel, Sudeep and CM Bommai will address the conference.
