Yadagiri (Karnataka): In an interesting twist of events in Karnataka's politics, the state health minister's secret prayer to become the Deputy Chief Minister has come out in open. Karnataka Health Minister B Sriramulu has visited Gade Durga Devi Temple in the district. And he wrote a letter of his wish to Goddess in which he has scribbled like "Sriramulu Deputy Chief Minister of Karnataka, Must, Compulsory".
He arrived in Yadgir district to carry out the flag-raising ceremony of the welfare Karnataka festival. During a visit to the Gade Durga Devi Temple in the village of Gonala in Vadagera Taluk in the district, Minister Sriramulu received darshan and wrote 'Sriramulu Deputy Chief Minister of Karnataka Must Compulsory' on a letter addressed to the goddess.
Speaking to the media, he said, "I don't want to disclose what I have prayed. I have begged the Goddess in my mind. Now the letter has been revealed. A friend of mine told me that, it would be good if I received a Devi Darshan".
