Mysuru (Karnataka): People of Golooru village in Karnataka's Mysuru observe a special kind of fair every year in which a half-naked priest scolds those who spend a lecherous life.
In Golooru fair the priest climbed up a pillar and started abusing in a very harsh manner all those villagers who are in illicit relationships. This ritual has been continuing for over one-and-a-half hours with choicest of abuse.

The priest publicly took the name of such men and women, but none uttered a single word against him.
The Golooru fair held the next day of the main village deity's car festival.
During the fair, a group of men performed a special form of dance in which they threw coloured water brought into the pots on the people around them.
