Koppal (Karnataka): Karnataka's Agricultural Minister BC Patil has courted controversy by saying farmers protesting in Delhi are not real farmers, they are terrorists. Those who hoisted Khalsa flag at Red fort have arrived from other nations and the Congress Party is provoking them to vandalise it.

Speaking to reporters here on Tuesday, Patil said "real farmers will never act like this. They will not involve in any riot, but these 'goondas' are involved in vandalising the Red fort as well as the Nation too. These miscreants are supported by the Congress party and they are provoking them to do this. Most of the people, who involved in the protest have illegally entered from Pakistan and are trying to destroy assets here."

He alleged that Congress is funding the protest. By not tolerating the administration of our Prime minister, Congress is making people aggressive. Congress has brought in terrorists and started calling them farmers, said Patil.
