Bride and groom from different political parties made coalition through marriage

Choudapura panchayat BJP candidate Rukmini Jmadaar and the Karajagi panchayat member from congress Bheemashankar Honnakeri from the Kalburgi district got married. Both BJP and Congress party's members attended the ceremony and blessed the newlywed couple for a happy life ahead.

Both the husband and wife have a place of President and Vice-president in the taluk panchayat and belong to the same community.
