Bengaluru: A Bengaluru court on Thursday granted bail to Amulya Leona who raised the slogan of 'Pakistan zindabad' at an anti-CAA-NRC rally on February 20.
Controversial student activist Amulya Leona was denied bail on Wednesday with session judge Vidhyadhar Shirahatti stating that if a bail is granted to the the petitioner she might run away.
The 19-year-old activist was arrested on February 20 for shouting "Pakistan Zindabad" slogan at an anti-CAA rally, organised by the Hindu-Muslim-Sikh-Issai Federation, where AIMIM president Asauddin Owaisi was also present.
