Woman commits suicide along with 3 kids in Kodagu

A woman hailing from Chitradurga committed suicide along with her children. The woman along with her kids jumped in a canal in Kodagu district. Locals found the floating bodies of the children.

Kodagu (Karnataka): A woman has committed the suicide along with her three children by jumping into the canal near Aragallu village of Kushalanagara Taluk on Saturday.

The victims were identified as Vinay, Vijay, and Deeksha. The body of their mother Chennamma (28) has not been recovered. Locals noticed the bodies of three children floating in the water and removed the bodies from the canal.

The family of Chennamma are basically from Chitradurga. They had migrated to work on a Ginger farm in Kodagu. Due to family issues, Chenamma committed suicide along with her kids

A case has been registered at Kushalanagar Rural Police Station.
