Jharkhand's most wanted Naxalite Dinesh Gope arrested in Nepal

Dreaded Naxalite and Jharkhand's PLFI chief Dinesh Gope, has been running his activities from Nepal's Kathmandu. Jharkhand police nabbed him from the neighbouring country in a joint secret operation with the NIA.

Ranchi (Jharkhand) : In a joint action by NIA and Jharkhand Police, the State's most wanted Naxalite Dinesh Gope, carrying a reward of 25 lakhs, has been arrested. Dinesh is the supremo of the extremist organization PLFI (People's Liberation Front of India). According to information received from police sources, Dinesh has been arrested from Nepal by Jharkhand Police with the help of NIA.

Dinesh's organization was operating from Nepal. Apart from the Jharkhand Police, the central investigation agency was also continuously trying to trace Dinesh. Meanwhile, information was received that Dinesh is camping in India's neighbouring country, Nepal. During the investigation, it came to light that Dinesh Gope was taking shelter in Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal.

After the information was confirmed, a joint operation by Jharkhand Police and NIA led to the arrest of Dinesh. The operation was kept completely secret. Meanwhile, after the location of Dinesh was tracked on Sunday morning, a joint team of NIA and Jharkhand Police arrested him from Kathmandu.

According to the information received from the official sources of the police, the arrested Dinesh Gope is being brought from Kathmandu to Delhi. He will be brought to Jharkhand after interrogation at the NIA office in Delhi, although it has not been officially confirmed yet. The name Dinesh Gope was synonymous with terror in districts like Khunti, Ranchi, Simdega, Gumla, Chaibasa, and Lohardaga in Jharkhand.

On the strength of terror tactics, Dinesh has accumulated immense wealth. Both the wives of Dinesh Gop are currently lodged in jail. Dinesh Ko Peg is a resident of Jariyagarh. A reward of Rs 25 lakh was declared on his head by the Jharkhand Police.
