Dumka: Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM) training school, an initiative by the Jharkhand state health department, is on the verge of collapse, with gaps in the ceiling and cracked walls.
The building is a residential training centre for the Nursing courses in Dumka district.
However, due to persistent negligence from the health department, the building is in ruins.
