Palamu:Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren has attacked the central government fiercely and said that 'Hitlership' is going on in the country where Tribal, Dalit, minority and people raising their voices are being harassed.
He said social worker Stan Swamy has not only been wrongly arrested, but he is being tortured despite being ill and ageing.
In the Bhima Koregaon violence case of Maharashtra, NIA had arrested Stan Swamy recently. Since then, the Hemant government as well as some tribal organizations have been opposing it throughout the state.
CM Soren has also publicly criticized the central government and accused the present NDA government of splitting up and implementing the rule of in the states where the BJP could not form a government.
A living example of this is the method of recovery of DVC dues. He said that money was withdrawn from the Jharkhand government's account deposited with the RBI.
Appealing to other states Chief Minister Hemant Soren said:" Today it has happened to us, tomorrow will happen to you. That is why the time has come to unite and oppose the central government." He also said that mineral resources are being auctioned, but it was not even consulted with the state government.
Addressing the People's Union for Civil Liberties, Chief Minister Hemant Soren said that in the current era, there are constant attacks on social organizations as well as constitutional institutions.
