Latehar (Jharkhand): A female wild tusker was found dead in Betla National Park in Jharkhand's Latehar district on Tuesday.
The park is located in Palamu Tiger Reserve.
Jharkhand: Tusker found dead in Palamu's Betla National Park On getting information, park ranger Prem Prasad reached the spot and sealed the park by fencing it to maintain a strict vigil.
"The reason for the death could be ascertained after the autopsy is done," Prasad said while speaking exclusively to ETV Bharat.
Recently, a tigress and two other animals were also found dead in the park.
