Pakistan desperate to infiltrate terrorists into Kashmir: Lt Gen Dhillon

Lt General KJS Dhillon said that Pakistan is making desperate attempts to disrupt peace in Jammu and Kashmir following the modification of Article 370. He further said that the Army had arrested two Pakistani nationals associated with Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) on August 21 from Jammu and Kashmir.

Srinagar (Jammu and Kashmir):The Indian Army on Wednesday said that Pakistan is making desperate attempts to disrupt peace in Jammu and Kashmir following the modification of Article 370.

Addressing a press conference, Lt General KJS Dhillon said that Army had arrested two Pakistani nationals associated with Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) on August 21 from Jammu and Kashmir.

"Pakistan is desperate to infiltrate maximum terrorists into the Kashmir valley to disrupt peace. On August 21, we apprehended two Pakistani nationals who are associated with Lashkar-e-Taiba," said Dhillon.

He further informed that Asrar Ahmad Khan who was hit by a stone on August 6 and was admitted in Soura lost his life on Wednesday. This makes 5th civilian death in the last 30 days and these deaths have happened because of terrorists, stone pelters and puppets of Pakistan.

The Indian Army also released a confession video of two Pakistani nationals who were arrested on August 21.
