Srinagar:The administration of the Jammu and Kashmir High Court has reopened all the courts from July 5 after nearly three months of Covid-19 lockdown on the condition that only vaccinated lawyers and litigants will be allowed to enter the court.
The Registrar General of the High Court today issued directions that the High Court, district courts and other subordinate courts will reopen on July 5 for physical hearings.
Only virtual hearings were allowed in the courts since covid lockdown was imposed in Jammu and Kashmir to prevent the spread of the second wave.
The order said that the lawyers, staff and litigants should follow all COVID-19 SOPs like social distancing etc.
