Srinagar:Over 190 primary schools reopened on Monday in Srinagar two weeks after the modification of Article 370 of the Constitution, but there was a thin attendance in almost all the schools.
ETV Bharat's ground reporting, however, reveals that most schools and colleges still remained closed and students were not seen attending the schools.
Public transportation has started functioning partially and shopkeepers have opened their businesses after the restrictions were eased.
Government offices across Kashmir valley also remained bolted despite the claims of restoring "full functionality" of government offices by the administration.
