J-K: DC Anantnag directs officials to hoist national flag on govt buildings

As per the government order issued by DC Anantnag, all-district /sectoral heads/tehsil/ block level officers were directed to ensure that the national flag is hoisted on all government offices/buildings across the district within 15 days positively.

Anantnag:Deputy Commissioner (DC) Anantnag Piyush Singla has directed all the government officials to hoist the national flag atop all the government buildings across the district in Jammu and Kashmir.

As per the government order issued by DC Anantnag on Friday, all-district /sectoral heads/tehsil/ block level officers were directed to ensure that the national flag is hoisted on all government offices/buildings across the district within 15 days positively.

A copy of the circular

The district heads were further asked to submit the information on a daily basis.

The government circular by the DC office added that the national flag represents the hopes and aspirations of the people of India and it is the symbol of national pride.
