New Delhi: BJP took a jibe at PDP chief Mehbooba Mufti for supporting Shahrukh Khan's son Aryan Khan saying that the Mufti's heart beats for terrorists, separatists, so she does not know the problems of common people and farmers.
Jammu and Kashmir BJP president Ravindra Raina launching a scathing attack on the former Jammu and Kashmir CM said, "Mehbooba Mufti is a sympathizer of Al Qaeda and Taliban. She always tries to create political controversy. The world knows about her biased support."
Earlier in the day, PDP president had alleged that Bollywood star Shahrukh Khan's son was being targeted by the central agencies just for to his surname, claiming that Muslims are targeted to please the core vote bank of the BJP.
"Instead of making an example out of a Union Minister's son accused of killing four farmers, central agencies are after a 23-year-old simply because his surname happens to be Khan. Travesty of justice that Muslims are targeted to satiate the sadistic wishes of BJP's core vote bank," Mehbooba tweeted.
She was referring to Ashish Mishra, son of Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Ajay Mishra, who is accused of mowing down farmers at Lakhimpur Kheri in Uttar Pradesh last week.
Aryan, along with Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha, was detained and eventually arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) for allegedly attending a rave party on a luxury cruise ship.
