20 Amarnath pilgrims injured in Anantnag road accident

Twenty pilgrims got injured while returning from the Amarnath Yatra when their buses rammed into each other at Hernag in Anantnag district. The injured pilgrims were rescued and rushed to the hospital by the locals.

Srinagar(Jammu and Kashmir): Twenty pilgrims who were returning from the Amarnath Yatra got injured on Saturday in a road accident in Jammu and Kashmir's Anantnag district.

Police sources said that two buses carrying Amarnath pilgrims rammed into each other at Hernag in Anantnag district.

"Twenty pilgrims were seriously injured in the mishap. Locals rushed to rescue them immediately after the accident occurred," the police sources said.
