Sonipat:Rakesh Tikait, the spokesperson of Bharatiya Kisan Union, joined the ongoing farmers' protest at Sonipat's Kundali border. During an interview with ETV Bharat, the 51-year-old leader from Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh, reacted to Haryana Health Minister Anil Vij's statement of Covid test for protesting farmers.
He said that the government will deliberately show positive test reports in order to send the protesting farmers to their respective homes.

He has also added the 'Sansad March' is postponed in light of the Covid crisis. However, Samyukt Kisan Morcha will soon make a fresh strategy and decide on the 'Sansad March'. He further added that the central government is busy with elections and will reorient its focus on the three Agriculture Laws.
