Khattar to take oath as CM, Dushyant Chautala to be Dy CM
Announcing that the Governor invited him to form the Government, Manohar Lal Khattar informed that he will be taking oath as the Chief Minister at 2:15 pm tomorrow.
JJP leader Dushyant Chautala will take oath along with him as the Deputy CM, he added.

Naina Chautala's name being discussed for deputy CM's post: Reports
According to reports, the JJP is considering the name of Naina Chautala for the post of deputy chief minister in Haryana. Naina Chautala is the mother of Jannayak Janata Party (JJP) leader Dushyant Chautala and wife of Ajay Chautala, who is lodged in the jail after conviction in a teacher recruitment scam along with his father and former chief minister Om Prakash Chautala. She was elected from the Badhra assembly segment and had defeated Congress candidate Ranbir Singh Mahendra with a margin of 13,704 votes in the just concluded elections. However, the final decision is yet to be taken.

Khattar elected BJP Legislative Party leader

Khattar reaches Chandigarh, BJP legislative party meet to start shortly
Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar in Chandigarh from New Delhi to attend the BJP legislative party meeting, which will be held shortly to elect its leader.
After reaching here in a helicopter, he drove straight to his official residence, which is close to the meeting venue.
Around 11 am, the meeting will begin to elect its new leader, a formality as the party has already decided that Khattar will head the next government.
After the meeting, Khattar will meet Haryana Governor Satyadeo Narain Arya and stake claim to form the next government in the state.
Jannayak Janta Party (JJP) leader Dushyant Chautala is also expected to reach Chandigarh in the afternoon and meet the governor to submit his party's letter of support to the BJP.

After the oath-taking ceremony, a new Cabinet is expected after Diwali -- on Sunday.
Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman and BJP General Secretary Arun Singh will attend the meeting as observers at the UT Guest House.
After the election of the Legislature Party leader in Chandigarh, the party will stake claim for the formation of the next government in alliance with the less than 12-month old Jannayak Janata Party (JJP)-led by Dushyant Chautala.
The BJP, which is six short of a majority, on Friday night sealed the deal for government formation with the JJP with its leader Dushyant or his mother Naina Chautala to be the Deputy Chief Minister.
