New Delhi: Gujarat state cabinet minister Bhupendra Singh Chudasama has moved to the Supreme court challenging the Gujarat High Court order of 12th may which cancelled his election.
The BJP member had won from Dhoka in Ahmedabad and currently holds the education, law and justice, legislative and parliamentary affairs in the present government.
The High Court on Tuesday cancelled his elections on the grounds of malpractice and manipulation in response to a petition filed against him by the congress leader Ashwin Rathod.
