Ahmedabad (Gujarat): Covid-19 cases are on the rise in Gujarat and the state government is working hard to contain them. Meanwhile, Kishorsinh Jadeja, 67, a patient from Kutch district also got the infection, but he was slightly careless in the beginning. The virus started affecting other organs of the body. Due to this, the health of the patient Kishorsinh started deteriorating. His son living in Ahmedabad was informed about the worsening condition.
Doctors of Kutch suggested taking him to Ahmedabad
As soon as the Ahmedabad-based son was informed, he and his wife rushed to Kutch. They immediately brought him to Ahmedabad and admitted him to a hospital for treatment. The patient did not have any disease when he got the infection, but now he was in poor condition.
After treatment, he was negative for the Coronavirus, but he was diagnosed with fibrosis. The patient was shifted to a private hospital under treatment with a panel of senior doctors. The patient was then found to have infections in other organs of the body besides the lungs, such as the brain and kidneys. The lungs were also punctured, causing the body to swell and the muscles to weaken. Fibrosis also prevented the lungs from being able to fully function and to breathe, so he was put on the ventilator.
