New Delhi: Variousopposition parties are creating ruckus in the Parliament on different issues. For the last three days, not much work has been done in both the houses. The government is repeatedly appealing to political parties to let the house run, however, all the parties are fixated to their demands. Shiv Sena does not want politics on Covid-19 and is ready for a constructive debate on all issues. Shiv Sena MP Arvind Sawant said in a conversation with ETV Bharat Senior Correspondent Anamika Ratna.
Arvind Sawant said that the Pegasus spyware issue is the biggest one at the moment but for Shiv Sena, the issue of inflation, rising prices of petrol, diesel, Covid-19 management, and the pending 30,000 crores of GST revenue are also important issues. The minister added that the petrol price in Mumbai is Rs 108, unemployment is rising and the central government has failed in tackling the Covid-19 issues. There should be a debate on all these issues, apart from discussing Maratha reservation OBC reservation, etc.
Mr Sawant said that he is hopeful in a day or two this Pegasus matter will also cool down and there will be usual business in both the Houses. Shiv Sena wants debate on the issue of Corona, inflation, unemployment, farmers' protest, natural calamity, and the environment. On the question of several deaths in Maharashtra due to lack of oxygen, how does he see the recent statement by the Centre, Shiv Sena leader Arvind Sawant said that this statement by the central government is unfortunate. Everyone knows what was the condition of the oxygen situation in the country.
