PM must clarify if NRC will be implemented across India or not: Yogendra Yadav

Clarification on whether the NRC will be implemented across India has been demanded from the Prime Minister by Yogendra Yadav. The leader has said that half of the agitators would automatically calm down if they know the government's stand on this issue.

New Delhi:Swaraj India chief Yogendra Yadav has demanded a clarification from the Prime Minister on whether NRC will be implemented across India or not.

While talking to ETV Bharat, Yadav said: "These protests are being held to save the soul of India."

"If the PM clarifies everything about the implementation of NRC half of the angered people would automatically calm down," he added.

The country has been agitating against the CAA and the NRC. Section 144 has been imposed in the Mandi House area even before the beginning of protests that were planned to be held there on Tuesday.
