New Delhi:BJP spokesperson Shahnawaz Hussain, in a recent interview, said that India would not extend an olive branch to Pakistan till the time it stopped sponsoring terrorism.
Talking to ETV Bharat, the BJP spokesperson said the representatives from all over the world called the Prime Minister and congratulated him for his big win and Pakistan was also one of them. However, this did not indicate that Indo-Pak relations would improve overnight, he added.
He further said," Unless Pakistan changes its attitude towards terrorism, the friendship between both the countries is be possible."
BJP spokesperson Shahnawaz Hussain When asked to comment upon Congress President Rahul Gandhi's resignation, the former cabinet minister replied that the whole incident was scripted long back and had no impact.
He added, "The people of the country have chosen the Bharatiya Janata Party and its clear they have rejected the Congress. So, it doesn't matter if Rahul Gandhi becomes the Congress President or some other leader."
