Kejriwal sends legal notice to Gambhir

Following the Pamphlet row, the BJP candidate Gautham Gambhir got involved in another controversy over a series of tweets, in which he attacked Arvind Kejriwal. The Delhi chief minister has sent a legal notice to Gambhir over his comments.

New Delhi:Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Saturday sent a legal notice to BJP candidate Gautham Gambhir in reference to the personal attack made by Gambhir in a series of tweets.

BJP's East Delhi Candidate Gambhir, in a series of tweets, had called the Delhi CM 'filth.'

Earlier, the AAP had sent a notice to the BJP and Gautam Gambhir demanding an apology for the derogatory pamphlet allegedly circulated against Atishi Marlena.

The legal notice states that the pamphlets indicated that Atishi "is a person of dubious origin" and had indulged in "impermissible activities of nature at her workplace."

It also claimed that the pamphlets were a violation of the Model Code of Conduct.

However. the cricketer turned politician had denied all the charges.
